By booking this service I understand and agree that:
- All persons participating are aware of the nature, demands, and risks of the activity. Each individual participant is responsible in ensuring they are medically fit and have the relevant insurance to cover this activity. Each participant hereby irrevocably releases and waives any claims that they have now or hereafter may have against Habo Surf.
- The participant(s) will be financially responsible for any damage to equipment outside of the supervised surf lesson.
- A cancellation policy applies, in which:
a. If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us directly at least 3 days prior to your session.
b. Up to 3 days prior to your session you may:
i. Cancel your booking and rearrange the same session for another date. The rescheduled session must be within 7 days of the original booking.
ii. Cancel your booking and receive a credit note (for the value of the session) to spend in Habo Surf shop.
c. Within 3 days of the booked session, if Habo Surf is operational, you will not be entitled to move your booking or receive any credit notes.
